患者女性,32岁,南林农场职工。间歇性冷热发作两天,于1987年9月22日住院。体检:体温38.6℃,心肺无异常,肝脾未触及。血检:未发现疟原虫,白细胞5400/ul,血红蛋白10g%。从非疟区迁入南桥已年余,既往无疟疾史。据临床症状按疟疾治疗:自22～26日口服磷酸氯奎2.5g(含基质1.5g),肌注复方奎宁6ml(含盐酸奎宁0.4g),症状未见缓解,仍有8次冷热发作,体温最高40.7℃;26～30日改用磷酸喹哌2.5g(含基质1.5g)治疗,症状稍有减轻,但仍发作
