我国著名的“银耳之乡”福福省古田县菇农开创的野外袋栽香菇高产新技术,1988年10月荣获国家“星火计划”成果金奖。同年12月8日—10日全国24个省市和自治区及港澳等1000多人参加的福建省食用菌交易会上,这个项目成为成果转让热门货。为了促进“古田模式”的野外袋栽香菇技术的普及推广,由福建省食用菌协会常务理事丁湖广同志主编,古田县电视录像教育中心拍摄的《香菇野外袋栽新工艺》电视科教片已制成。1988年10月在无锡召开的食用菌新技术交流会和12月在福建省食用菌交易会议上,作了播映,受到好评。
