近年来,国际科学界在南极付出的巨大努力和取得的重要进展集中在南极深冰芯研究、南极冰下地质、南极大陆和周缘海域地壳以及上地幔三维结构、南极冰下湖、南极冰下极端环境下的生命等方面。一些已经开展的重要项目和后续即将开展的重要项目将逐渐揭开南极冰雪中和冰雪下隐藏的重要秘密。本文将介绍近1 0年来南极冰下地质和利用天然地震探测南极大陆深部结构的新成果。
In recent years, tremendous efforts and important progress made by the international scientific community in the Antarctic have been concentrated in the Antarctic deep ice core research, the Antarctic ice geology, the three-dimensional structure of the crust in the Antarctic continent and the periphery and the upper mantle, the Antarctic ice lake, the Antarctic ice Extreme life and other aspects. Some important projects that have been carried out and important upcoming projects will gradually unveil the important secrets hidden under the ice and snow in the Antarctic. This article presents new achievements in the Antarctic ice geology in recent 10 years and the use of natural earthquakes to probe the deep structure of the Antarctic continent.
