Abnormal hemoglobinopathies in Qionghai County, Hainan Island, a general survey, we found a case of slow abnormal hemoglobin. No proband was found to have clinical symptoms and hematological abnormalities. This article reports the primary structure of this abnormal hemoglobin study. First, materials and methods (a) routine analysis: hematology routine according to the standard method. Venous blood was collected by Na_2EDTA anticoagulation and carbon tetrachloride prepared 10% hemolytic solution. The hemolysis was identified by cellulose thin film electrophoresis.
