在项目实施的各个阶段,项目成本控制非常重要。项目成本控制的最终目的在于降低项目成本,提高经济效益。而且项目成本控制是增加企业利润,扩大社会积累的主要途径之一。因此处于竞争日益激烈的建筑市场中,建筑施工企业应更加重视工程项目成本的控制。目前工程项目成本控制主要存在以下几个问题:项目管理人员成本控制意识淡薄;施工组织设计不合理,材料管理制度不健全;间接费控制不力;财务管理、合同管理混乱。针对以上问题应采取有针对性的管理措施,并在施工管理过程中对管理方法及管理措施不断完善,使企业在竟争激烈的市场中处于有利地位。
Project cost control is important at all stages of project implementation. The ultimate goal of project cost control is to reduce project costs and increase economic efficiency. And project cost control is one of the main ways to increase corporate profits and expand social accumulation. Therefore, in an increasingly competitive construction market, construction enterprises should pay more attention to the control of project costs. At present, the cost control of construction projects mainly includes the following problems: the awareness of cost control of project management personnel is weak; the construction organization design is not reasonable; the material management system is not perfect; the indirect costs are not easily controlled; the financial management and contract management are in chaos. In response to the above problems, we should take targeted management measures and continuously improve the management methods and management measures in the process of construction management so that the enterprises are in a favorable position in the fiercely competitive market.
