采用酚试剂法测定水产品中的甲醛。为提高测定方法的准确度,确定了最佳测定波长,优化了盐酸介质浓度、显色剂加入量、显色时间和显色温度等实验条件。在最佳实验条件基础上,吸光度与甲醛的浓度在0.1~2.0μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 5),检出限为0.015μg/mL,该法具有较高的灵敏度和准确度。
Determination of formaldehyde in aquatic products by phenol reagent method. In order to improve the accuracy of the determination method, the optimal determination wavelength was determined, and the experimental conditions such as the concentration of hydrochloric acid, the amount of chromogenic agent, the color reaction time and the color temperature were optimized.
