变事后监管为事前、事中监管,标志着行业监管思路的进步和转变,将促进行业的稳定与繁荣。全国贵金属流通管理委员会(下称“委员会”)8月10日在北京宣布成立,其将着手对业内企业进行征信评审,履行行业规范、调解及监管职责,这意味着我国贵金属行业的监管模式将从此前“各执己政”走向全国统一,行业即将步入征信时代。专家表示,这只是行业规范的第一步,未来行业自律仍待加强。
