随着我国高等教育改革不断深入以及办学规模日益扩大,许多高校都大力引进优质人才,使得教职工人数不断增加,尤其是近几年的高校人事分配制度逐渐改善,新的工资制度调资频率在不断调整,因此,高等教职工工资一直处于动态的环境中。而对于高校工资管理的工作是一项关系到财政、人事与税收等诸多方面的综合性项目,但现行的工资管理系统远不能满足高校对工资管理工作的需要。本文从分析目前高校工资管理系统的发展现状入手,试图构建一个基于财务一体化的以实现流程管理、内部控制及数据资源共享为主要目的的高校工资管理平台,以期为提升高校工资管理尽一份力。
With the deepening of higher education reform in our country and the increasing scale of running schools, many colleges and universities are vigorously introducing high-quality talents to make the number of faculty and staff continuously increase. Especially in recent years, the system of personnel distribution in higher education institutions has been gradually improved and the new wage system has been continuously adjusted As a result, higher-education salaries have been in a dynamic environment. However, the work of salary management in colleges and universities is a comprehensive project involving many aspects such as finance, personnel and taxation. However, the current wage management system can not meet the need of colleges and universities for salary management. Based on the analysis of the current development of the university wage management system, this paper attempts to build a college based on financial integration to achieve process management, internal control and data sharing as the main purpose of the college wage management platform, in order to enhance college salary management to do a force.
