Objective To study the effect of Laozhiling (LZL)oral liquid in treating vascular dementia.Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the 27 patients in the LZL treated group and the 19 patients in the control group treated by Jinnaduo injection with therapeutic course of 3 months.Changes of minimental state examination(MMSE),Hasegawas Dementia Scale(HDS) ,activity of daily living(ADL) score and cerebrospinal fluid level of somatostatin(SS) ,β -endorphin(β -EP） and thrombospondin(TSP),glycoprotein IV(GPIV) were observed.Results The total effective rate in the LZL and Jinnaduo group were 66.66％ and 63.15％ ,the difference between the two groups was insignificant（ P >0.05） . MMSE,HDS score of patients and the content of SS,β -EP could be obviously elevated(P< 0.01)， the scores of ADL and TSP,GPIV could be markedly decreased(P< 0.01).Conclusion LZL has definite effect in treating VD,the therapeutic mechanism may be related with the actions of decreasing the platelet activation and improving the function of neuropeptides.

目的 探讨大多功能蛋白酶2（LMP2）基因Arg60His变异与上海地区中国人自身免疫性甲状腺病（AITD）的关系。方法 运用限制性片段长度多态性PCR（PCR-RFLP）技术在367例无亲缘关系的上海地区中国人中检测LMP2基因Arg60His变异。结果 上海地区汉族人（R0.89,H0.11）与白种人（R0.29,H0.71）LMP2基因R/H60等位基因频率分布有显著差异（P=0.000）。
