教师的在职教育是针对体育与健康课程改革进行的,因此教育改革不仅给学校教学带来了新的挑战,还给教育的在职培训单位提供了更大发展机遇。通过教师的在职教育,我国中小学体育教师虽然在综合素质和教学水平都有了明显提高,体育教师对新课程的认同度和职业满意度增加,但也存在很多的不足之处,需要政府监管部门、在职教育的培训单位和参加培训教师的共同努力来解决和完善。
The on-the-job education of teachers is carried out for the reform of physical education and health curriculum. Therefore, education reform not only brings new challenges to school teaching, but also provides more opportunities for in-service training units in education. Through the on-the-job education of teachers, PE teachers in primary and middle schools in our country have obviously improved both in overall quality and teaching level, and the recognition and occupational satisfaction of PE teachers in new curriculum have increased, but there are also many deficiencies, which require government regulation Departments, in-service education training units and participate in training teachers to work together to solve and improve.
