随着党在农村各项政策的落实,科学技术已迈进千家万户。科技档案作为一种科技信息材料,对农村经济管理、农业生产水平的提高发挥着重要作用,它作为农业科技的媒介已经广为传播,深受农村广大群众的欢迎和信赖。首先,农业科技档案为科学管理和指导农业生产提供历史经验材料。科技档案作为一种历史材料是从生产实践中形成的,它为科学管理生产,领导正确决策和掌握最佳时机提供了方法上和经验上的指导;同时,具体生产实践又会产生大量的科技历史材料,丰富了科技档案的内容。我国在农村的工作涉及面较广,农业、林业、畜牧、水利、气象等一系列工作都需要统筹兼顾,哪一个环节都不可忽视。这样就得依靠大量的档案材料,借鉴和吸收一些经验,起到科学决策的效果。多年的实践经验证明,不依靠历史材料,不借鉴历史经验的实践是盲目的实践,是不科学的,是要失败的。其次,科技档案是智力劳动产品,具有使用价值。科技档案是在生产技术活动中形成的,是科技知识的主要储备形式,是社会的精神财富。科技档案材料的形成,必然凝结了人类大量的劳动,把这些科技知识完整的、科学的保存下来,用于指导生产实践就能够创造出经济效益和社会效益。农业科技档案对农业生产有查考作用,对农业科学技术有推广传播作用,对农业有信息和交?
