1病例报告例1患者,男,26岁。2013年8月因左侧鼻塞1个月,反复左侧鼻出血10d入院。无浓涕、嗅觉障碍及头痛。体检:左侧鼻腔见淡红色息肉样新生物,表面光滑。CT检查:左侧鼻腔内软组织肿块,边界尚清,肿块向外膨胀性生长,推挤鼻中隔及左侧上颌窦内侧壁,鼻甲、左侧上颌窦壁及筛窦骨质吸收变薄。MRI检查:左侧鼻腔可见明显占位病变,占据整个鼻腔,并见小部分病灶突入前颅窝(图
1 case report 1 patients, male, 26 years old. August 2013 left nasal obstruction for 1 month, repeated left epistaxis 10d admission. No thick tears, olfactory disorders and headaches. Physical examination: the left nasal see light red polyp like new creatures, the surface is smooth. CT examination: the left nasal soft tissue mass, the border is clear, the expansion of the expansion mass outward, pushing the nasal septum and the left maxillary sinus medial wall, turbinate, left sinus wall and ethmoid sinus bone thinning.
