复方氯霉素洗剂中主要含有1%氯霉素和2%水杨酸,在中国医院制剂规范中氯霉素和水杨酸的测定方法均存在终点变化不明显的缺陷。本文采用联立方程组新解法(以下称Vierordt法),直接测定氯霉素和水杨酸的含量,用数学方法将多组分分析化为单组分分析,以吸收度比值代替吸收系数,简化了测定方法,计算方便,得到了满意的结果,现报告如下。
