“硅谷”这个高技术王国一直被视为经济快速增长、解决就业的象征。美国拥有200多个高技术园区,但并没有产生200多个“硅谷”。由此可见,“硅谷经验”是很值得包括美国在内的世界各国高技术企业学习的。随着21世纪的到来,中国将进入一个“高科技创业型经济”的时代。发展“高科技创业型经济”,需要在全社会“弥漫”一种创业的精神和创新的氛围。因此,中国需要尽快掌握“硅谷经验”的精髓。
The high-tech kingdom of “Silicon Valley” has long been regarded as a symbol of rapid economic growth and job creation. The United States has more than 200 high-tech parks, but did not produce more than 200 “Silicon Valley.” From this we can see that “Silicon Valley Experience” is worth learning from high-tech enterprises in various countries in the world, including the United States. With the advent of the 21st century, China will enter an era of “high-tech pioneering economy.” The development of “high-tech entrepreneurial economy” needs to “diffuse” a pioneering spirit and an innovative atmosphere in the whole society. Therefore, China needs to grasp the essence of “Silicon Valley Experience” as soon as possible.
