官兵关系是军队内部最基本的关系,是联结“管好干部”和“带好士兵”的“纽带”。密切官兵关系,增强内部团结是管好干部带好兵的首要条件和基础,是我军带兵传统的精髓,也是新时期带兵的根本问题。因此,必须把握“精髓”,狠抓“纽带”,从密切官兵关系入手做好新时期的带兵工作。
The relationship between officers and soldiers is the most basic relationship within the military and a “link” that links “managing cadres” and “bringing good soldiers.” Closer relations between officers and soldiers and strengthening internal solidarity are the primary conditions and basis for the management of cadres with good marching. They are the essence of the traditional troop delivery and the basic issue of military service in the new period. Therefore, we must grasp the “essence” and pay close attention to the “ties” and start from the close relations between officers and soldiers to do a good job of troop service in the new period.
