地动山摇之间,一座座城镇夷为平地,成千上万的生命被废墟掩埋。时间就是生命!地震发生后,在党中央、国务院和中央军委坚强领导下,在国务院抗震救灾总指挥部直接指挥下,全国展开了紧急动员。从党中央、国务院到各地方各部门,从解放军、武警部队、消防官兵到公安民警,从专业救援队到普通志愿者,从各级领导干部到广大人民群众……为抢救成千上万的生命,每一个人都在争分夺秒,与死神开始了一场惊心动魄的生死竞速。所有的一切,都是为了一个目标:抢救生命。
