中国正经历大规模高速的城镇化进程,2012年中国城镇化率达到52.57%。在此背景下,中国农产品消费结构有明显变化,主粮消费量大幅度降低,副食和其他农产品消费量明显上升,这显示随着城镇化进程的加快,居民收入增加,生活水平改善,健康意识有所提高。城镇化发展改善了中国农产品消费结构,未来中国农产品消费结构趋于科学、合理的大趋势将不变,但是速度会加快。
