[目的]明确ɑ-三噻吩(简称ɑ-T)对棉铃虫的作用方式。[方法]在室内采用叶碟法、浸虫法和饲料混药法测定了ɑ-T对棉铃虫不同生物活性。[结果]在10~1 000 mg/L内ɑ-T对3龄幼虫的拒食活性较明显,随质量浓度升高,取食叶面积逐渐减小,拒食率逐渐增大,其24 h选择性和非选择性拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为11.52、12.26 mg/L。ɑ-T对棉铃虫有明显的生长发育作用,1 000 mg/L处理后,幼虫历期显著延长,蛹质量、化蛹率和羽化率显著降低,24 h体质量抑制率达到72.14%。[结论]ɑ-T对棉铃虫体质量增长和生长发育均有抑制作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to clarify the mode of action of ɑ-thiophene (ɑ-T) on cotton bollworm. [Method] The different biological activities of ɑ-T against cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) were determined indoors by the method of leaf disc, dipping method and feed mixture method. [Result] The antifeedant activity of inner ɑ-T to 3rd instar larvae was obvious at 10-1 000 mg / L. With the increase of mass concentration, the area of feeding leaves gradually decreased and the antifeedant rate gradually increased. The 24 h selectivity And non-selective antifeedant concentrations (AFC50) were 11.52,12.26 mg / L. ɑ-T had obvious growth and development effects on H. armigera. After larvae were treated with 1 000 mg / L, the duration of larvae was significantly prolonged, the pupal quality, pupation rate and emergence rate were significantly reduced, and the body mass inhibition rate reached 72.14% at 24 h. [Conclusion] ɑ-T inhibited the body weight growth and growth of cotton bollworm.
