临安透明售房网数据显示,8月份临安商品房销售市场前10强共实现销售155套,和7月份的总161套基本持平,延续了近几期临安销售市场一直波澜不惊的态势。然而,从近几期的楼盘成交均价排行榜情况来看,临安楼市不少楼盘呈现出小幅增长的趋势。纵观8月份临安楼盘成交均价排行榜,除去前四位的高端楼盘,排在首位的是春天楼盘,本期成交均价是7330元/m2,而该盘7月份的均价仅为5449元/m2,4月份上半月的均价是5223元/m2;排在第二位的青云山居楼盘本期的成交均价是7160元/m2,而该盘7月份是6777元/m2,5月份是6611元/m2;还有枫林晓城楼盘,本期成交均价是5776元/m2,而该盘7月份是4837元/m2,6月份是4780元/m2,4月份更是只有4153元/m2的成交均价;还有恒晟逸家、黄金水岸等楼盘也有类似的小幅度起伏增长的趋势。看来临安市场的成交量一直裹足不前和在售个盘均价的上涨不无关系。
