目的研究夹竹桃科狗牙花属植物广西狗牙花根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS及HPLC等色谱方法,对广西狗牙花根的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从广西狗牙花根乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:伏康京碱(1)、非洲伏康树碱(2)、榴花碱(3)、冠狗牙花碱(4)、3-羰基冠狗牙花羟基伪吲哚碱(5)、老刺木碱(6)、乌苏酸(7)、2α,3β-二羟基乌苏酸(8)。结论化合物1~8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Apocynaceae from Apocynaceae in China. Methods The chemical constituents of C. przewalskii were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and HPLC, and their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extract of Puccinia striiformis of Guangxi, which were: fumagine (1), fuconine (2), dicalcium (3) (4), 3-carbonyl crown dog toothpone hydroxypseudouridine base (5), old acornin (6), ursolic acid (7), 2α, 3β- dihydroxy Ursuic acid (8). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
