在日常教学工作中,由于教师缺乏主动变革的意识和自主研究的方法,使教学、教研与教师的成长需求严重脱节,导致教学低效和教师发展受阻。如何让教学改革回归到学科育人价值的开发上,让常态教研回归到教师的成长需求上,让日常教学实践真正促进教师的自主发展,成为深化校本研究必须破解的难题。笔者认为,教师的主动发展必须与日常教学实践相结合,并成为他们的内在需求。因此,学校要积极引导教师结合自身日常教学实践开展变革研究,实现主动发展。
In the daily teaching work, teachers lack the awareness of active change and the method of independent research, so that teaching, teaching and research and teacher’s growth needs severed, leading to inefficient teaching and teacher development is blocked. How to make the teaching reform return to the development of subject education value, so that normal teaching and research return to the growth needs of teachers, so that the daily teaching practice to promote the independent development of teachers, become the key to deepen the school-based research must be solved. The author believes that the active development of teachers must be combined with the daily teaching practice, and become their internal needs. Therefore, the school should actively guide teachers to carry out the reform study combined with their own daily teaching practice and realize the initiative development.
