新闻历史的横向发展主要包括三个层次的内容,即新闻系统中不同媒介之间的互动关系、媒介系统与社会系统的互动关系以及新闻系统跨地域的互动关系。树立新闻历史的横向发展观,有利于研究者确立完整的、立体的新闻历史观,有利于揭示世界新闻历史的形成、发展、演变过程,有利于确立国家、民族新闻传播发展的历史坐标。
The horizontal development of news history mainly includes three levels of content, namely, the interactive relationship between different media in the news system, the interactive relationship between the media system and social system, and the cross-regional interactive relationship of the news system. Establishing the horizontal development view of news history will help the researchers to establish a complete and stereoscopic view of news history, reveal the formation, development and evolution of news history in the world and help establish the historical coordinates of the development of news spread of the country and nation.
