随着社会主义市场的深入发展,国家适时提出了“万众创新,大众创业”理念,以便更好地引领市场发展。高职院校是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要基地,在实施素质教育的过程中,创新创业教育是深化高职院校教育改革,提升人才素质能力的主要途径。在此背景下,作为学生、学校、社会的连接纽带,辅导员应发挥其在高职院校学生创新创业教育中的作用和价值,以此提高学生创新创业教育的实效性。
With the deepening development of the socialist market, the state has put forward the concept of “universal innovation and mass entrepreneurship” in a timely manner so as to better lead the market development. Higher vocational colleges are important bases for cultivating high-quality skilled personnel. In the process of implementing quality education, innovation and entrepreneurship education is the main way to deepen the reform of higher vocational education and improve the quality of qualified personnel. Under this background, as a link between students, schools and society, counselors should play their role and value in innovation and entrepreneurship education of students in higher vocational colleges so as to enhance the effectiveness of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education.
