检察档案是检察机关履行法律监督职能,开展各项检察业务活动的真实记录,在检察工作的传承和发展过程中具有十分重要的参考价值和历史意义。随着社会法治进程的加快以及检察业务的不断拓展,人们的法律意识、档案意识逐渐加强,档案利用率也逐年提高,诉讼档案在检察工作中的作用得到了充分发挥。
Procuratorial files are the true record of procuratorial organs performing their functions of legal supervision and carrying out various procuratorial business activities. They have a very important reference value and historical significance in the process of inheritance and development of procuratorial work. With the acceleration of the process of rule of law in our country and the continuous expansion of procuratorial work, people’s awareness of legal issues and files has been gradually strengthened, and the utilization rate of files has also been increased year by year. The role of litigation files in procuratorial work has been brought into full play.
