英语教学的好坏与英语教师的能力息息相关。实施英语素质的核心在课堂,但是更关键是在教师。教师应该全面发展,身心健康,思想宽广,知识渊博,有组织实践能力,能运用好的教学方法施教,有从事教学科研的能力,能不断产生优良的教学成果。只有高素质的英语教师,才能培养出高素质的学生。因此,实施英语素质教育必须建立一支高素质的教师队伍,英语教师素质的培养与英语教学息息相关。
The quality of English teaching is closely related to the ability of English teachers. The core of implementing English qualities is in the classroom, but the more crucial is in teachers. Teachers should develop in an all-round way, have good physical and mental health, broad thinking, knowledgeable and practical ability to practice. They should be able to use good teaching methods and have the ability to engage in teaching and scientific research so as to continuously produce excellent teaching results. Only high-quality English teachers can cultivate high-quality students. Therefore, the implementation of English quality education must establish a high-quality teachers, the cultivation of English teachers is closely related with English teaching.
