新课标是对原有教学理念和教学模式的创新改革,从而能够有效地实现素质教育。体育能力是学生素质水平中的重要组成部分,体育教师应积极进行体育教学方法的改革创新,实现体育教学质量的提高。本文采用案例对比分析方法,对初中排球教学展开研究,并结合自身教学经验,探究初中排球教学中的创新与实践,以期为初中排球教师更好开展教学创新提供参考依据。
The new curriculum standard is an innovative reform of the original teaching concept and teaching mode, which can effectively achieve quality education. Physical education is an important part of the quality of students. Physical education teachers should actively carry out the reform and innovation of the teaching methods of physical education to improve the quality of physical education. In this paper, a comparative analysis of cases, research on junior volleyball volleyball teaching, combined with their own teaching experience, to explore the innovation and practice of volleyball teaching in junior high school, in order to provide reference for junior high school volleyball teachers to carry out teaching innovation better.
