从难选矿石和精矿中回收金,目前已成为加拿大采金工业研究和开发计划中最重要的、最引人注目和最受重视的问题之一。对几种处理难选金矿的新工艺进行过试验,其中有些已达到可工业生产的水平。本文着重讨论了黄铁矿型难选金矿湿法冶金工艺的一些新进展。对每种湿法冶金工艺中的关键性工序进行了分析,并指出了它们的优点和缺点。文中对湿法化学氧化、生物化学氧化和加压氧化等工艺进行了评述。
Recovering gold from refractory ores and concentrates has now become one of the most important, compelling and focused issues in Canadian gold mining industry research and development programs. Several new processes have been tested for refractory gold mines, some of which have reached the level of industrial production. This article focuses on some new advances in the hydrometallurgical process of pyrite-type refractory gold deposits. The key processes in each hydrometallurgical process are analyzed and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out. In this paper, wet chemical oxidation, biochemical oxidation and pressure oxidation process were reviewed.
