“海选”由吉林省梨树县农民首创,就是农民直接提名、选举自己满意的人当村官,上级不再划框框。我国的村庄如全部进行“海选”,将极大地推进我国民主化建设的进程
“Hai Xuan” was first initiated by peasants in Lishu County, Jilin Province. It was a direct nomination of peasants and the election of those who were satisfied with themselves as village officials. If all the villages in our country conduct “sea election,” they will greatly push forward the process of democratization in our country.
