Comprehensive quality is one of the most important indexes to evaluate students ’comprehensive abilities. To improve students’ comprehensive qualities will help students to better adapt to society, take their social responsibilities and exercise corresponding rights and obligations. Quality Development Management System is a system set for student’s quality education examination achievement. It is based on the design of computer software, manages the students ’quality development activities through the network, and carries out statistics, verification and certification on the students’ quality development activities. Evaluation first to provide fair and open reference data to achieve the quality of education and systematic management of students, therefore, research and design is reasonable
