Temporomandibular joint ankylosis of the main clinical manifestations of patients with limited mouth opening, which led to pronunciation, eating disorders, facial deformities, airway obstruction, and even psychological disorders. The available data show that trauma is the main reason leading to temporomandibular joint stiffness. In recent years, reports of traumatic temporomandibular joint ankylosis appear in large numbers. Studies have shown that sagittal sagittal fractures, severe temporal abdomen injury and disc displacement is an important factor in the model of traumatic temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis. The researchers isolated the tissue of the tetanic joint and the marrow cavity to identify pluripotent stem cells and found that there was a reduction in osteoclast formation in the bone marrow of the tonic. Clinically, the treatment of traumatic temporomandibular joint ankylosis has also been greatly improved. The pad is often used to prevent the temporomandibular joint ankylosis and promote condylar reconstruction. Digital healing design and navigation of joint kyphoplasty reduces the surgical risk and improves the accuracy of individualized treatment of temporomandibular joint stiffness.
