1,2-二氯乙烷在我市主要用于制鞋业,因其黏性好、易干、防水等特性,而被小规模生产的私人业主广泛使用。在粘鞋过程中,由于工人对1,2-二氯乙烷毒性认识不足,车间通风设施不完善,长时间加班,缺乏有效的个人防护用品,工人对二氯乙烷的接触机会大为增加,发生中毒的可能性也大大提高。现将我市发生的2例1,2-二氯乙烷中毒导致死亡的病例报告如
