进一步探讨白血病前期,将有助于了解其他癌前期的本质。1975年9月在巴黎召开的专题座谈会上讨论了白血病前期(以下简称白前)问题。考虑到预先臆断的白前不一定百分之百都发展为白血病,个别病例可恢复正常,因此认为以称为造血组织增生异常症(Hemo-poietic dysplasia,简称HD)较合适。尽管有人提出不同的看法,认为没有必要放弃已经广泛使用的白前这个名称,但HD一词已开始被一些学者所接受。
Further exploration of leukemias will help to understand the nature of other precancers. In September 1975 in Paris held a symposium to discuss the issue of pre-leukemia (hereinafter referred to as pre-white). Considering that the presumed white matter does not necessarily develop to leukemia one hundred percent, some cases may return to normal, and therefore it is considered appropriate to refer to Hemo-poietic dysplasia (HD). Although some people put forward different opinions and think that it is unnecessary to abandon the widely used name of white space, the term HD has begun to be accepted by some scholars.
