【飞象网讯】5月3日,大量北京联通用户收到了信用额度变更至100万元以上的通知短信,随即北京联通方面客服便表示称该短信为系统Bug。前日,很多成功办理了转4G业务的北京联通用户收到短信通知后发现,自己的信用额度在原有的基础上增加了100万,并称该信用额度已经在2014年5月3日生效。随即,北京联通的客服便开始通过各种方式向发生此问题的用户解释称,这一问题联通已开始记录核查,此短信不会影响用户现在的使用,对给用户带来的误解感到抱歉。据悉,联通确实存在信用额度为无限额的客户,这包括了信用卡签约银行卡代扣业务、预存款大于万元的靓号合约计划等高端客户。
