本文报道猪胆汁酸钠体外诱导人早幼粒白血病细胞系 HL-60细胞分化过程中全细胞氨基酸含量的变化,并与生理性诱导剂维生素 A 酸体外诱导 HL-60细胞分化过程中全细胞氨基酸水平进行了比较。结果表明,经猪胆汁酸钠体外诱导分化的 HL-60细胞较未分化的 HL-60细胞各种氨基酸水平普遍有不同程度的升高,经维生素 A 酸体外诱导分化的 HL-60细胞则未见这种变化,提示这两种分化诱导剂的生化作用点可能不同。
