一、项目概况改项目位于望城县星城镇与黄金乡交界处,属于大河西先导区域内,金星北板块。周边道路完善,交通发达南、东、西三面均为城市道路。用地西面面临金星大道,东南面临金潇路,东北面为规划中的梓木路,金潇路已形成毛路,梓木路已在规划之中。用地面积148.8亩,净用地面积137.6亩。东西向长约350米,南北向长约360米,大致呈一梯形。场地内标高略高于周边道路。二、概念构思
