用抗利福平标记研究变栖克雷伯菌株SH-1在石斛苗中的定殖动态,通过温室盆栽和大棚试验,探讨其对石斛黑斑病的防治效果。结果表明:菌株能在石斛体内定殖,菌株定殖随接种时间的延长呈先增后减的变化趋势;根、茎、叶分别在接种第11、15、20天时定殖量最高,随后呈下降趋势;35 d后分别处于4.3×104、2.32×104、1.84×104CFU/g的相对稳定状态。SH-1菌剂对石斛黑斑病有明显的防治效果,相对防效达到71.53%,与常规药剂菌核净(相对防效为72%)相当。
The anti-rifampicin marker was used to study the colonization dynamics of R. solani strain SH-1 in Dendrobium seedlings, and its greenhouse effect on the black spot disease of Dendrobium was explored through greenhouse and greenhouse experiments. The results showed that the strain could colonize in Dendrobium. The colonization of the strain increased first and then decreased with the prolongation of inoculation time. The highest colonization rate of roots, stems and leaves was observed on the 11th, 15th and 20th days after inoculation, Downtrend. After 35 days, they were at 4.3 × 104, 2.32 × 104 and 1.84 × 104 CFU / g, respectively. The SH-1 fungicide has obvious control effect on Dendrobium black spot, the relative control efficiency reaches 71.53%, which is equivalent to the sclerotium net of the conventional medicament (the relative control efficiency is 72%).
