300多人参加30个处级职位的竞争,为期3个多月,设置10多个环节,这是一次繁复而审慎的选拔;坚持科学命题,接受全程监督,每个环节及时公布有关信息,这是一次阳光和公正的较量;采取全员“普考”和高考志愿式报考岗位的做法,这是一次创新选拔机制的有效探索。
More than 300 people participated in the competition for 30 positions at different levels for more than 3 months and more than 10 sessions. This is a cursory and careful selection. We insist on scientific propositions and accept full supervision, and announce the relevant information in time for each session. Is a sunshine and fair contest; to take full “universal exam ” and college entrance examination volunteer post practice, this is an effective mechanism for the exploration of innovation.
