风城油田稠油油藏埋藏浅,胶结疏松,出砂严重,生产过程中砂埋油层影响油井正常生产,部分井因地层亏空严重,井壁附近骨架坍塌,导致油井套管破损,造成油井报废而停产。针对风城油田稠油油藏出砂严重现象,采用绕丝筛管高压充填,形成砾石高压充填炮眼附近地层及绕丝筛管与套管的环形空间,给地层提供一定预应力,同时实现砾石与筛管双重防砂的效果。采用这种防砂工艺,在风城油田稠油区块共计完成高压充填防砂12井次,成功率为100%,恢复了套损井3井次的正常生产,措施后因出砂而检泵周期最短的由59天延长到161天,效果显著。
