藁城市系家鼠型出血热疫区。为探讨褐家鼠的季节性变化与家鼠型出血热关系,我们于1987年11月至1988午10月在我市进行了定点监测。内容与方法选择5个自然村,每月进行一次居民区家鼠调查,每季进行一次野外野鼠调查,计算鼠密度,判断鼠龄,性别及雌成鼠哺乳期和孕期,用直接免疫荧光法(IFA)查鼠肺中EHF抗原。结果居民区家鼠密度各季节间无显著性差异,以褐家鼠占较大比重(778/983)。野鼠密度春秋季显著性高于夏冬季(x~2=39.05 P<0.01)。褐家鼠带毒率

In order to explore the relationship between seasonal changes of Rattus norvegicus and hamster-haemorrhagic fever in domestic mice, we conducted site-specific monitoring in our city from November 1987 to October 1988.
