1983年9月20日,中国科学院地学部、北京石油研究院、新疆石油管理局三方地质科研协作成果交流会,在克拉玛依市科技楼隆重开幕。参加这次会议的代表共计130余人。出席这次会议的代表中,有叶连俊、郝诒纯、田在艺、童崇光等地质界老一辈的科学家,也有中青年的科技工作者,群英荟萃,济济一堂,在“科学技术为经济建设服务”的正确方针指引下,百家争鸣,献计献策,共谋准噶尔盆地石油勘探的大计。
