近年来世界经济发展速度放缓,世界经济局势呈现多元化复杂化。我国对外贸易所面临的环境复杂,挑战与机遇并存,要抓住机遇、迎接挑战,就要理性分析我国对外贸易环境的变化,从正面和反面两个角度正视当下的发展环境,从内部环境和外部环境两方面出发进行外贸环境的正确评估,并以此制定相关的外贸政策。同时应该注意到近十年来,在加入WTO后和遭遇金融危机后我国外贸政策的发展与革新,理性的分析政策的延续和改变,推动我国外贸经济的发展。
In recent years, the world economy has slowed down and the world economic situation has become complicated and diversified. The environment for our country’s foreign trade is complex, with both challenges and opportunities coexisting. To seize the opportunities and meet the challenges, we must rationally analyze the changes in China’s foreign trade environment, face the current development environment from both the positive and the negative perspectives, The external environment proceed from two aspects of the correct assessment of the foreign trade environment, and to formulate relevant foreign trade policies. At the same time, it should be noted that in the past decade, following the accession to the WTO and after the financial crisis, the development and reform of China’s foreign trade policy, the continuation and change of rational analytical policies, and the promotion of China’s foreign trade and economic development.
