本文报告10个严重的重症肌无力病人用山羊抗人胸腺细胞抗血清球蛋白(ATG)治疗的效果。女7、男3,平均年龄37岁。所有病人均系严重、进行性、对抗胆硷脂酶治疗反应很差者。其中5人在进行本研究8个月到15年以前已行胸腺切除。ATG是用外科或尸检中取得的胎儿或10岁以下的儿童胸腺细胞,给山羊作免疫注射而制备。制备的抗血清进行提纯,定量测定,使ATG制剂每100毫升含山羊r—球蛋白1.5克。病人最初2周的治疗,每天肌注ATG 4毫升(60毫克),以后每天肌注2毫升(30毫克),治疗剂量为1005—2620毫克,治疗时间为28—73天,平均剂量1682毫克,平均时间50天。一般说,胸腺切除者比没有切除者接受治疗较长些,
This article reports the effect of goat anti-human thymocyte anti-serum globulin (ATG) treatment in 10 patients with severe myasthenia gravis. Female 7, male 3, average age 37 years old. All patients were serious, progressive, and poor response to cholinesterase treatment. Five of them underwent thymectomy eight months to 15 years prior to the study. ATG is prepared by surgical or autopsy fetal fetus or thymus in children under the age of 10, goats for immunization and preparation. The prepared antiserum was purified and quantified to make 1.5 g of goat r-globulin per 100 ml of ATG preparation. The patient was treated with ATG 4 ml (60 mg) intramuscularly once daily for 2 weeks and 2 ml (30 mg) daily intramuscularly at a dose of 1005-2620 mg for 28-73 days with an average dose of 1682 mg.
