普通话水平测试“命题说话”是最关键,也是方言区应试人最惧怕的的一道题目,很多应试人在此马失前蹄,导致测试成绩不理想。在高校普通话教学和训练中,如果从以下方面进行训练,就会取得“命题说话”的较好成绩:一是心理训练,使应试人从“怕说”到“敢说”;二是思维训练,使应试人从无话可说到有话可说;三是应试技巧训练,使应试人从不会说、不能说到会说、能说。
