中小企业是拉动经济发展和增加就业的重要力量。破解中小企业融资难,实现企业有效融资是当前关注与研究的重要课题。新三板作为我国多层次资本市场的重要组成部分,主要为创新型、成长型的中小企业提供服务。目前,新三板市场融资已初具规模。文章运用DEA模型探究新三板的融资效率,并提出相应的建议。
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are important forces driving economic growth and employment growth. To solve the financing difficulties of SMEs and realize the effective financing of the enterprises are the important topics of current concern and research. The new board as an important part of China’s multi-level capital market, mainly for innovative, growth-oriented small and medium enterprises to provide services. Currently, the new three-plate market financing has begun to take shape. The paper uses the DEA model to explore the financing efficiency of the new board, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
