自从首次成功地诱导出大麦白粉病抗性以来,又进行了许多抗病性诱变试验,选育出一些抗真菌病、细菌病或病毒病的品种。然而,抗病性诱变频率还很低,人们希望能找到高效的抗性诱变处理方法,并确立一个大量筛选诱变材料的有效方法。作者建立了一个从大量二棱大麦幼苗中分离出抗白粉病突变体的有效方法,比较γ射线与乙烯亚胺(EI)白粉病抗性诱变效率。
Since the first successful induction of resistance to barley powdery mildew, many disease-resistant mutagenesis experiments have been conducted to breed several antifungal, bacterial or viral diseases. However, the frequency of disease-resistant mutagenesis is still very low and one would like to find efficient methods of resistance mutagenesis and to establish an effective method of screening mutagenic materials in large quantities. The authors established an efficient method for isolating powdery mildew resistant mutant from a large number of barley barley seedlings and comparing the mutagenic efficiency of γ-ray with ethylenediamine (EI) powdery mildew.
