7月26日,北京市国土局否认了曾发布过清理整治小产权房的消息,但也未对北京是否正在清理小产权房做明确答复。此前曾有报道称,北京从6月中旬起清理整治小产权房,对在建小产权房项目责令停工、停售,查封工地,拆除售楼处,查封施工机械,遣散施工队伍。同时对在售小产权房项目责令停售、拆除售楼处,查封已建未售房屋。上述报道还称,北京市将依法查处有关设计、测绘、施工、销售、代理销售单位的违法违规行为,除给予行政处罚外,责令停业整顿,降低或取消相应执业资质。此外,将对相关责任人员给予必要的党纪政纪处
