利用自约束热疲劳试验方法,研究了在3CrZW8V钢表面上沉积Co-Cr_2O_3、Co-Al_2O_3及Co-CaF_2复合镀层对钢热疲劳性能的影响.结果表明:Co-Cr_2O_3及Co-Al_2O_3复合镀层都在不同程度上提高钢的热疲劳抗力,而Co-CaF_2则降低钢的热疲劳抗力.并发现热疲劳裂纹通常萌生于镀层中分散粒子之间狭窄的基质中、粒子破碎处或粒子与基质的脱开处.
The effects of Co-Cr 2 O 3, Co-Al 2 O 3 and Co-CaF 2 composite coatings on the thermal fatigue properties of 3CrZW8V steel were studied by self-restraining thermal fatigue test.
