How University Libraries Play Their Own Advantage to Serve the Construction of New Countryside Is a Major Topic that Should Be Seriously Served and Studied. This article analyzes the feasibility of university library in building new rural services through three aspects: the significance, actual basis and specific measures of the university library in serving the new rural construction.
