为探讨急性高空缺氧时心血管系统的变化规律,应用CF-Ⅱ型心血管功能检诊仪对8名男性青年进行低压舱5000m心功能观察。结果发现:脉率、心输出量、心脏指数、心肌耗氧量均在5000m高度上前10min呈增加趋势,10min时达最高。冠脉缺血阈值与上述指标相反,10min时为最低。研究还发现,反映急性缺氧变化敏感的指标依次是脉率、心肌耗氧量与冠脉缺血阈值,以及心输出量与心脏指数.
To investigate the changes of cardiovascular system in patients with acute altitude hypoxia, the cardiac function of 5000 males in the low-pressure cabin of 8 males was observed by CF-Ⅱ cardiovascular function test. The results showed that: pulse rate, cardiac output, cardiac index, myocardial oxygen consumption increased at the height of 5000m for the first 10min, reaching the highest level at 10min. Coronary ischemia threshold and the above indicators opposite, 10min was the lowest. The study also found that sensitive indicators of acute hypoxia change followed by pulse rate, myocardial oxygen consumption and coronary ischemia threshold, as well as cardiac output and cardiac index.
