The Scientific Outlook on Development is an Important Theoretical Result of Sinicization of Marxism in the Contemporary China. As a major strategic thought guiding our country’s current economic and social development, the scientific concept of development emphasizes the core principle of “people-oriented”, which highlights the profound ethical dimension. Viewed from the theoretical perspective of development ethics, the scientific concept of development contains the ethical norms governing the development of China’s current economy, politics, society, ecology and culture, and shows its profound ethical concern to the broad masses of the people.
